Based in Toronto, Centurion Apartment REIT is a private real estate investment trust focused on acquiring and managing apartment properties in Canada. It´s objectives are to deliver investors stable and growing cash distributions (payable monthly),  and to maximize REIT Unit value through ongoing management and future acquisitions.

Centurion Apartment REIT is open to investment from qualified investors via an Offering Memorandum for amounts starting at $5,000. It currently distributes 8% per annum, paid monthly.
